"Flipping the traditional classroom script " - TED video

I stumbled upon this video, I found very interesting, especially:
- The realization of the type of expectations about proficiency
- The humanization of the classroom experience
- The importance of useful data available to the teacher to intervene the class



I can hear the naysayers about the problem of how the teacher will spend his/her days do not providing content ... I hope to find p[laces where they are courageous enough to at least pilot test it !
